 Brian
Hizer grew up as a child of an Air Force family and as
such he lived throughout the world and has experienced life
with great patriotism and love of country. He was taught to
respect others and to carry himself with pride. He has been
a resident of Ohio for the better part of 25 years.
Attorney Hizer
graduated from Wright State University with a B.A. in
Psychology in 1994 after serving in the United States Navy
upon completion of High School. He worked various jobs
while attending undergraduate college and understands the
value of hard work and dedication. He moved to Toledo, Ohio
in 1999 to attend the University of Toledo College of Law
where he graduated from in 2002 with a J.D. in Law.
Upon his
completion of Law school, he founded the law firm of Hizer &
Schimmel along with Ed Schimmel and has been in private
practice since January of 2003. Attorney Hizer works
predominately in Family Law (Divorce, Custody, Parental
Rights, Grandparents rights), Bankruptcy (Chapter 7 & 13),
criminal/traffic and personal injury cases. He is
accomplished as an attorney and prides himself for his
ability to relate with his clients on a personal basis. He
believes that the clients are the most important element of
his business and does his utmost to insure they have a high
regard for his firm's handling of their cases.
Mr. Hizer is a
member of the Toledo and Ohio State Bar Associations as well
as the Fulton County Bar.
